VX 5400 Turning Shortcut Keys Off ?

I took my phone in and had it worked on at the Verizon Store. When I got it back everything was re-set like I assumed. My problem is that now the left, right, up and down arrows are shortcuts which I don't want them to be. I go into the Settings and Tools, Set Shortcut Keys .. but it only allows me to set them, not turn them off.

Does anyone have any tips on how to turn them off?

few days Iwas wondering for such then I contacted to care center they suggest and I followed.
